With a similar culture to the US and a demand for fast dining Canada would be a perfect place for cookout to expand into. Big cities like Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver are examples of some places where cookout would thrive. 

Also with a similar culture as the U.S cookout could also expand into Australia and be successful. With a vibrant food scene in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane cookout would easily fit in.
