Data Requests:
As mentioned in the daily announcements, the Data Team is processing Infinite Campus issues/questions and Data Requests through Let’s Talk. This allows the Data Team to efficiently monitor requests and ensure timelines are met. While they normally have a fast turnaround time for Infinite Campus troubleshooting or data requests, we ask that you be patient as they learn systems and processes.
Training:
If you would like training or a refresher on topics regarding Infinite Campus please reach out to the Data Team through Let’s Talk-Infinite Campus.
The Data Team has built a dashboard to identify the students at risk based on course failures, suspension and attendance. If you want access to it, please open a Let's Talk to request it.
State Reporting:
We are in the process of reporting Attendance to the State. The Data Team may reach out or may have already reached out to ask some questions about attendance and schedules. We want to ensure we are accurately reporting and appreciate your assistance in this process.

Audience: All
On March 17th, NYSED released the preliminary materials that teams from schools identified for Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) and Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI) will use to develop their 2022-23 School Comprehensive Education Plans (SCEPs).
The templates for the District Comprehensive Improvement Plan (DCIP) and the SCEP will be released in May; schools are encouraged to begin the process now by convening the team that will write the plan, conducting Student Interviews and completing the Equity Self-Reflection.
More information regarding the Expectations for Stakeholder Participation, the Student Interview Process, and the Equity Self-Reflection, can be accessed at our Improvement Planning website, found at: http://www.nysed.gov/accountability/improvement-planning.
