How do I access data in the Canvas ILO dataset?
Faculty members can download their individual course learning outcome data directly from their Canvas course by following these instructions.
If you would prefer to receive a bulk download of multiple sections at the end of the semester, submit the request form below.
If you are a course lead who needs access to learning outcome data from Canvas, submit the request form below. If you need help from Institutional Effectiveness with the data analysis, a separate request form will be required.
In order to access the form below, employees need to be logged into their Maricopa email account. Employees using the Chrome browser may run into problems if they also have a personal Google account. If you are told you need access when you try to open the form, use any browser other than Chrome, log into your Maricopa account then open the form.
