For Program Directors/Lead Faculty
Use the spreadsheet below to find your program map.
For Required and Controlled classes—those that are required by the program and in the program's primary prefix—do the following every time you see an X:
Use your expert judgment to select whether the PLO is being Introduced, Reinforced, or Met by that course.
Replace the X with the course competency number(s) that support this PLO. Click on the course prefix to access the CCTA page that lists the competencies.
In the black-and-white cell, list the name of the individual or group who made this decision and the date.

See if or how your course(s) meet one or more program learning outcome(s). What thoughts or reactions do you have to this program map?
Identify a current assessment you give in your course that could provide evidence for an associated PLO. If your course is not on the map, pick any PLO you want!
Or, answer any prompt your department provides or share any meaningful assessment story.
You will note your thoughts in the Assessment Survey.

Fall 2024 - If you scored an ILO, check to make sure you marked the "Check Here when Scoring Complete" box.
Spring 2025 - Make sure you complete your row(s). If you are scoring an ILO, don't forget to mark it complete before the semester ends!
