Contact me ASAP and I can try to help you troubleshoot the issue or fix the problem on my end. It is likely you are not the only one with that question! With technical issues, two steps to try while you are waiting for a response are 1) to try opening Canvas in a different browser and 2) restarting your computer.
This provides toll-free, 24 hours a day, seven days a week phone support, online user guides and support videos.
The I.T. Help Desk is where most other computer and internet related problems can be reported and questions can be answered.
The Tutorial Center provides online tutoring for students who need academic assistance outside the classroom. Tutoring is conducted by instructor-approved peer tutors. Tutoring services are free to any ARC enrolled student. Please check the online tutoring schedule and instructions below to access the services.
This is a support program for all ARC science students. It is a separate 0.5 unit course where students meet instructors one-on-one for weekly appointments and discuss a variety of different study skills and strategies that you then apply in this course, including effective reading strategies for science textbooks, note-taking skills, skills for organizing information, and test-taking strategies.
This course is designed to be welcoming to, accessible to, and usable by everyone. Be sure to let me know if you find a required element or resource in the course that is not accessible to you!
