The Staff Appreciation Committee of the Parent Booster Club works to make sure that our hard working teachers and staff know how important they are to our parent community. We typically provide a breakfast, treat, gift card, or coffee break along with a note of thanks from the Parent Booster Club. Our committee is made up of 2-3 parents shower our middle school with thanks!

We coordinate our appreciation events with the District 196 published calendar of appreciation. Here is a list of some of the groups we honor:

● Back to school workshop treats for all of the staff in late August
● Principals Appreciation and Food Service Appreciation in October
● Maintenance / Custodial and Clerical Support Week in November
● Holiday treats for all of the staff in December
● Mints for the students during the MCA tests in January
● Teacher / Staff / and School Nurse Appreciation Week in May
● Ice cream social for the Staff and Teachers at the end of the year
● Teachers that are retiring and those with significant years of service with a Target gift card
