Field Day

On Friday, April 10th, 6th and 7th graders had field day on the football field during their Encore time. Each class decided who was doing each event prior to field day. There were four events including 4x2 relay race, tic tac toe, softball throw for boys and girls, and tug of war. For the 4x2 relay, each class selected four people from their class to run. Next for tic tac toe, each class picked five people to run for tic tac toe. Then for the softball throw, the girls and boys threw separately and the winner was whoever threw the farthest. And lastly for tug of war, there was one class on each side of the rope and everyone pulled as hard as they could. All of the Encore teachers helped out as well as some of the 8th graders.
