Fiction Unit
This unit will focus on literary fiction as genre of writing. We will focus on the different literary elements that authors use to create their pieces of art. We will be studying these literary techniques in context through focusing our studies on a selection of short stories including: "The Most Dangerous Game," "A Sound of Thunder," "The Birds," and "The Cask of Amontillado." Each story will focus on different literary elements and culminate in a class project focusing on Ohio's new state standards.
