PSYCHOLOGY FIELD EXPERIENCE Fall 2025 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
While attending Antioch, BA students may take classes at other institutions for credit; popular choices are Seattle Central College, Bellevue College, and the University of Washington. Consult your faculty advisor to determine if taking courses at another institution is the best choice for your degree plan. Antioch shares “consortium agreements” with most Washington State colleges and universities that allow students to use their financial aid package to cover costs associated with classes taken at other institutions. Consortium classes are a great way to expand learning options and save money!
Keep in mind though that there is a limit of 120 lower division credits that can be included in an Antioch degree, so make sure concurrent transfer credits that are 100 and 200 level do not exceed this limit. Also keep in mind that AUS BA degrees require a minimum of 45 residency credits. After successful completion of one or more classes at another institution, students need to request that an official transcript be sent to the Antioch Admissions Office.
