PSYCHOLOGY FIELD EXPERIENCE Fall 2025 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Antioch welcomes veterans, active military, and military families. We work to promote academic success and visibility on campus through community engagement, social connection, and community service. AUS is a student-centered campus that values inclusion and service.
At AUS, we not only welcome the past experience of military-connected students, we also provide you with unique opportunities to participate in organizations that support our focus on social justice and engaged citizenship. We have an active student veteran chapter that is connected to the largest advocacy group on behalf of student veterans, the Student Veterans of America.
We are a Department of Defense approved University for the education and training of Veterans and Veterans family members. Our Veteran Services department helps those who are eligible through the process of applying for GI benefits, financial aid and enrollment. We can assist with admissions counseling, employment resources, housing resources, mental health and family counseling, disability services and peer support.
Our VetCorps navigator is located in the Veteran Outreach office in room 207, on the second floor near the dining hub. Drop-in hours are posted by the door of the office; feel free to stop by. For more information call 206-420-9619, email veteranservices.aus@antioch.edu or check out the Military-Connected Student webpage.
