Great question! Please note that you must have an active login to AUDirect and access the internal site for WellConnect. For confidentiality purposes, WellConnect needs to know you are an authorized user, and all the portal access codes must be behind our SSO password-protected site.

• I accessed the WellConnectforYou.com site but I am being asked for my code. Where do I locate my code?

Please note that you must have an active login to AUDirect and access the internal site for WellConnect and once in the internal site you will be able to view the appropriate access code based on your location at the time you are requesting access. • Help! I am trying to sign up for clinical counseling, but I am being asked to create a BetterHelp (or other providers) account. I am worried I will be charged for these services.

WellConnect has a wide range of options for getting you connected to the appropriate counseling option based on your preferences, location, desired mode of communication, etc. Yes, BetterHelp is but one option. A variety of face-to-face and telehealth options are available. We strongly recommend that you begin your exploration by placing a free, and 100% confidential, phone call into the WellConnect phone line to discuss your needs and preferences prior to engaging in any one option. You will never be required to enter payment information while using your 3 or 5 clinical sessions. The optional entry of payment information for BetterHelp is only if you were to opt-in for continued counseling sessions beyond the scope of WellConnect and the free sessions offered by Antioch.edu.

• I live outside of the United States/US Territories and I cannot seem to figure out how WellConnect works for me.

The WellConnect program is designed for students located in the United States & US Territories. Students wishing to call from an international location may not access services --- whether they reside outside of the USA, or are traveling for business or pleasure. • Is there a limit on the number of referrals and resources I can access outside of clinical counseling sessions?

While clinical counseling sessions are limited in number based on your location, per issue, other services are unlimited. For instance, referrals for Local resources, Daily living, Utilities, Housing or Food Insecurity, Childcare, Eldercare, and consultations on finances, coaching, health & wellness are all unlimited.
