Triumph is a multifaceted community service provider offering a continuum of care for substance use and mental health disorder treatment.
We serve individuals and families from across the state of Washington through intensive inpatient and long-term residential programs, intensive outpatient, outpatient, family support groups, assessment and referral, case management and housing interventions.
For almost 60 years, we have been responsive to both Yakima Valley and the state of Washington. We honor this culture of responsiveness by providing outpatient and residential substance use disorder and mental health treatment. Triumph Treatment Services is where hope and new life becomes possible.
Our legacy is strong, and our programs continue to grow and keep pace with the shifting changes of our community. As we grow, some things will always remain the same—our heart for people and our steadfast belief in the possibility of a path toward health and hope.
We provide more than 130 beds of housing for women, men, children, and people experiencing homelessness. Our housing resources include 10 locations that provide both clean and sober shelter, transitional and permanent housing. These locations span from downtown Yakima to the Lower Valley.
We provide in-person AND telebehavioral health/remote opportunities for Pre-Internship Practicum (CMHC/DT/AT) and Internships (CMHC/DT/AT).
Triumph’s heart is evident in all we do. What we do matters, who we serve matters, you matter.
We strive for the highest standards, always seeking to improve the quality of our services and our relationships.
Our patients and staff represent our community. Triumph recognizes the need to be equitable in building our teams and making our services accessible. There are no closed doors at Triumph.
Triumph is built on a foundation of best practices for serving our patients, our staff, and our communities. We are accountable to this legacy through our daily work.
