The Hopelink Housing program is located in East King County and encompasses 19 emergency shelters, 51 units of transitional units, and 123 units of permanent housing. The program is focused on supporting families in achieving housing stability and long-term economic self-sufficiency through trauma-informed, strength-based case management and goal development. Using target goal setting to remove barriers, families achieve their highest level of autonomy and make lasting change. Families are connected to resources to address the crises the family is experiencing and to support the household in identifying their strengths and areas in which they would like to set goals. Case managers focus on building relationships and partnering with the families to create a self-identified goal plan.
