* Level III families that involve reunification therapy with a parent or child that has been identified as resistant or 'alienated', are considered as receiving therapy. Therefore, the fee for an hour session is $200. This is because these cases require more time coordinating care that is outside of the scheduled treatment time than other Level III families. Once a positive relationship has been established families may transition to a different service or level of care.
Payment is required for any written record. Video recordings are not permitted. Payment is expected 72 hours in advance by cash, money order, or through IvyPay (text messaging payment service). All visitations that are canceled due to the illness of the child will require a doctor’s note from the custodial parent or the missed visitation must be paid by the custodial parent. All communications will be managed directly with the custodial and non-custodial parent. Under no circumstances will the attorney’s office replace contact with either parent. Communication must be open and available so that the supervisor and supervised visitation provider can maintain the best possible environment for the child/ren. Should there be any reason that Common Ground CRS has to pursue legal methods to collect monies owed to them by any party then that party will be responsible for all court costs, attorney fees, and court time required to collect said monies. Failure to provide 12 hours advance notice of cancellation of a scheduled visitation period will result in a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the visit, payable by the party canceling visitation. Failure to provide 4 hours advance notice of rescheduling visitation will result in a $50.00 rescheduling fee. Any party who no-shows for a scheduled visit will be financially responsible for the entire fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late picking up your child/ren or more than 10 minutes late dropping off your child/ren, there will be a charge of $2.00 per minute added until your arrival.
A note about our fees: Fees are assessed based on the level of care and time that is likely needed outside of the scheduled visit. Families are not billed for additional phone time, report reading, and writing. Additionally, we take great care to receive ongoing education and professional consultation to meet the needs of families. These all add to our overhead expenses. We will do our best to keep you informed of discounts that may become available and to work with families to manage fees.
