About the Exam Process

1st Email confirms registration (minutes)

2nd Email confirms test is ready (24-48 hrs)

- Provides direct link to the test center in email.
- Right click and open in New Incognito Window
- Copy/paste the log in and the passcode.

Once logged into the Test Center

- Take picture with webcam
- Keep web cam on
- Start Test
- Can mark questions & review at end
- 20 Selected Response & 11 Scenarios

If you get a 401 error hit the Refresh Button

If you get logged out you have 5 minutes to log back in.

If something goes wrong click on the ‘Support’ link in your test email.

By accessing ‘incognito’ you essentially are opening a completely different browser and are not ‘signed’ into ‘anything’ You will take your Google Exam in an Incognito Account.

In Chrome select the three dots in the top right corner.
Select New incognito window
A new window will open with the incognito icon in the corner
