Adding your own Content to YouTube
Note: YouTube is in a transition period right now so the 'creator studio and video manager' are the same 'thing' but don't have matching features. Therefore, we will focus on simply getting a video uploaded to YouTube at this time.
Scenario: You've created a video to help your colleages set up their own Google Classroom. You want this to be easy to access so you'll share it on Tube.
Access youtube.com & create your channel.
Download this video: Create A Classroom
Upload the video to YouTube (renaming it is not required but you can!)
For access settings, make this video ‘unlisted.’
Add a description.
Click on Cards
Add a Video, Playlist or Channel (you can also add End Screens)
Note: You need to know how to embed a YouTube into a Google Site.
Create a page called Videos
Add text at the top: Watch recommended videos for our class topics!
Find a YouTube video, get the link and insert it on the page.
Insert the video to play in the site.
Below, create a text link to the video this way with brief description.
