Multimedia text sets are collections of content that you can curate, package, and efficiently push out to students using Google Docs, Forms, Slides and Spreadsheets.
Open this MultiMedia Text Set and we will review:
How a single 'doc' encompasses an entire unit.
How the document table is set up with resources/activities.
How does having one document for an entire unit of instruction benefit?
Think about: What project, unit or lesson can you create a MMTS for?
In Google Educator Advanced training, various learning models are addressed that interactive curricula skills can support. Below is a MMTS for your review on those models with resources.
Online/Asynchronous:
Make a copy and complete this Alternative Learning Models MMTS on your own (option).
Face to Face (or Remote) Synchronous:
Everyone will get EDIT access to this Alternative Learning Models MMTS

There is a lot of hypertalk about hyperdocs these days. The idea that we can link activities from a single doc and have student return back and contribute, add evidence etc. The idea behind a hyperdoc is not that it is a doc with links or a replacement for a worksheet ~ it should include innovation, inquiry based learning, maybe collaboration, etc. What can you do with this now, that you couldn’t do before? How does it make access to the source documents, activity and demonstrating evidence streamlined and engaging, etc.
HyperDocs are digital tools that replace the worksheet method of delivering instruction and learning activities.
Hyperdocs Elementary PD - Great for elementary teachers to do as a team to discover hyperdocs for self paced and collaborative professional development.
Hyperdocs SAMR - Great for technology trainers to help teachers 'level' up using the Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, Redefinition approach to integration
