Greetings Fratres and Sorores from all points of the Triangle!
The excitement of Rosicrucian New Year 3372 has arrived in our lives, our souls and our spirits. Have you ever wondered how the number of the Rosicrucian Year was derived? The time of Pharaoh Ahknaton in Egypt is the beginning of the year count of the Rosicrucian year but that is certainly not the beginning of our beloved Order – it is just a moment when a reference number was applied to the year of our celebration of Light, Live and Love
I for one, wish to thank Fr. Bob Stanko for the number of years he served the Colorado Region as the Regional Monitor. Bob cannot be replaced but I hope I can honor his service and offer a focus for my service to the Colorado Region in the coming year.
I would like to hear from each of you – your comments, any concerns, what you may wish to see offered as part of our monthly Colorado Region Open Meetings held the 4th Saturday of each month at 10:00am at 7100 N Broadway Unit 3J – the site of the Mountain Rose Pronaos. I can be reached via email at terry@orlikoski.com.
This is the time of year that this recipe for planting a Rosicrucian Garden is especially relevant in each of our lives.
PLANTING A ROSICRUCIAN GARDEN
Five Rows of Peas
Patience
Perseverance
Pride
Productivity
Peace
Five Rows of Squash
Squash of gossip
Squash of indifference
Squash of anger
Squash of greed
Squash of intolerance
Miscellaneous flowers and vegetables
Five Rows of Lettuce
Let us be considerate of others
Let us be truthful
Let us be charitable
Let us be energetic
Let us be reliable
No Rosicrucian garden would be complete without plenty of turnips
Turn up your thoughts to GOD daily
Turn up a smile in your face even when the road is rough
Turn up volume of love and joy like you do with your Stereo
Turn up at your commitments and work on time
TEND THIS GARDEN DAILY
Water frequently with God’s love and care
Harvest a bountiful crop for eternity.
I send each of you blessings of joy, happiness, abundance and love for RC 3372.
Peace Profound,
Terry Orlikoski, SRC
