In this writing unit, students had the ability to choose and explore various genres. Some genres students explored were How-To books, All About books, Picture Books, and Graphic Novels. This entire unit was done through book creator. Students utilized keyboard commands to copy and paste, create capitals, and much more. They were able to use text to speech options to search for images or to assist in writing their stories. Below are three examples of student work.
