Welcome 2026 Lair Staff!

Your People & Culture team put together this site to help make preparing to work at the Lair a little easier. Look out for a welcome email and onboarding instructions from BambooHR. There are onboarding tasks and trainings to complete before your arrival at camp. Our advice is to START NOW! 

New this summer: When you arrive at the Lair, our Berkeley People & Culture team will greet and check you in to confirm you're all set, so take the time (now) to arrive prepared!
