typed your username wrong

Did you put o's instead of 0's? Put too many letters in your username, forget part of your username, or mixed up the letters?

Check your username, make sure all the letters and numbers are there and in the right order

YOU MIGHT HAVE

password on the wrong screen

Your password should show up as dots.
If you can SEE your password, you typed it on the wrong screen.

Erase your password, type your username on the first screen, click 'Next', and enter your password on the second screen.

YOU MIGHT HAVE

typed in capital
letters?

If you type your username and password in capital letters, you won't be able to log in.

Press your
'Caps Lock' key to get out of caps lock, and rewrite your username and password

STEP 1
Open both tabs

STEP 2
Resize your window to 1/2 your screen-size

STEP 3
Pull one tab off and line it up with the edge of your screen

Resize from inner edge

Have your window in "fake full screen" by double-clicking on the color bar

STEP 2
Resize your window to 1/2 your screen-size

Now you can quickly go back and forth from (fake) full-screen to split-screen without resizing each time!
