Below you will find pertinent information that will guide you through the Spring term. This includes pre-work, course overviews, materials, and in-person locations.
Some of the content will populate as we get closer to the start of the term. Please take a moment to orient yourself to these materials.
There will be extensive work to do prior to attending class, so please review it now, prioritize and organize your time to complete the required items. Click on your credential type for the relevant pre-work list.
Course Overview and Materials
The Spring Term will follow a hybrid instructional format, with a combination of online (asynchronous and synchronous) and in-person course experiences. This will be similar to the Fall Term with in-person fieldwork (in your placements), in-person seminar (unless otherwise communicated by your director), and other Alder GSE courses following hybrid formats.
*Please note that you must meet the enrollment requirements before you can be registered. You will be able to view your courses on Populi under the “student” tab.
The Alder GSE residency is state-wide and will hold spring in-person course sessions in various locations in the California regions we serve. In deep consideration of the learning experience, we can offer courses in regional areas and have assigned each cohort to a location based on proximity.
All residents will attend in-person course days during the Spring Term (unless otherwise communicated). All courses will follow a schedule of 9:00a-3:00p.
Details (including parking info, specific classroom assignments etc.) will be linked soon.
