Standardized simple data visualizations will be created for each program that will be automatically updated when specific data (SCH, graduates, etc) becomes available on the statewide data freeze schedule. Where possible, the program data will be disaggregated by demographic categories to encourage thinking about equity gaps. Assessment and review become more habitual for departments, and data sets are not “surprises” because they are regularly available and updated for programs to see.
