Using the Frontline mobile app
When their shift is over, they clock out by:
Logging into Time & Attendance
Scanning their badge at a site kiosk, or

At the end of the pay period, the custodian submits their timesheet for approval.
The custodian's supervisor (Campus User) double-checks their timesheet to make sure everything looks good. They can add, modify, or delete timesheet entries, as needed.
The Campus User approves the timesheet.
Once the timesheet is approved, it goes on to payroll.
The Time & Attendance feature has already sorted and categorized the hours by things like job type, overtime rules, location, and more.
This lets the Payroll Manager and the custodian's school district know that they can easily and accurately report on their time, so the custodian can get paid properly.
