Overview:
In Grade 9 Physical Education, students will experience a wide range of physical activities in order to help nurture a healthy and active lifestyle and encourage lifelong movement. Students will be working towards achieving an improved skill level in various physical activities whilst demonstrating knowledge and understanding of principles and strategies for gameplay. Students will start to develop leadership skills through student-led activities.

Overview:
The focus of this course is to educate Grade 10 students on the concepts of a healthy lifestyle using their knowledge of personal fitness, lifetime games, and sports with the opportunity to collaborate with their peers. Students will grow in the knowledge of their own personal fitness through guided exploration of various fitness trends.

Overview:
The focus of this course is to allow Grade 11 and 12 students access to campus facilities to promote a healthy lifestyle. Students will be using their knowledge of personal fitness, lifetime games, and sports acquired in previous years.
