Use the app FreeNow for Taxi and private ride (This app may exit the Romanian market soon so be aware of that, but as of right now it works and is perfect for taxi) .
Use the app Bolt or Uber for getting a ride.
Through the bolt app you can also rent a scooter that you can find on almost every street.
Use the Google Maps app to find the way from point A to point B.
Cluj is very pedestrian-friendly, although there is still plenty of traffic moving around the city centre.
Zebra crossings are found all over. For some crossings you will need to press a button in order for the light to turn green, they are seen on posts near the crossing.
