2021-22 Cohort
After the virtual 2020-21 school year, Legacy is now ready to launch our hybrid curriculum for 2021-22. The hybrid curriculum intends to prioritize in-person, hands-on, engaging and interactive distance learning opportunities for the students, while also maintaining a backup plan for virtual learning. We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic is far from over, and that the 21-22 Legacy curriculum will require thoughtful planning to prevent further harm to our communities.
Our goal for this year's learning space is to provide an environment that is practical, enjoyable, and safe for our students. We recognize that distance learning is taking an unprecedented toll on our youth, so we intentionally select activities and lessons that cater to their emotional learning styles and needs. We are incredibly proud of last year's 20-21 Legacy students for their accomplishments, courage, and for becoming agents of change for their communities despite the mental toll of COVID-19, and we hope that they can serve as an inspiration for this year's students.
