The Silver DofE Award is not currently offered at AGS due to a restructuring of the way in which the award is run at the school (See below). It will be offered to Year 10 and Year 11 pupils in 2026-2027 i.e. current Year 9.

Restructuring the Award
The spreadsheet below shows how the award has changed since 2016. In order to offer all three awards in non-exam years, the Bronze award has been moved forward from Year 10 into Year 9. Unfortunately this has resulted in some pupils missing out on the Silver Award however they can still take part in the Gold Award as direct entry participants.
