Students will explore forces and how they change things around us.  They will participate in labs exploring friction, gravity, and forces affecting bridges.  They will create models that allow them to experiment with balanced and unbalanced forces.  They will experience the magical force of magnetism and it's uses in the world.

Students will become meteorologists exploring weather factors and the tools used to measure them!  We will explore the differences between weather and climate.  We will uncover some extreme weather and solutions.  Students will design their own flood solution.

Students will uncover how traits assist in animal survival.  We will explore the similarities and differences between life cycles of living things.  We will discuss both inherited and environmental traits.  Students will play the role of paleontologists, uncovering the secrets fossils hold!
