The Core Ultrasound website provides an excellent introduction to Point of Care Ultrasound with a focus on how POCUS can practically help with clinical decision making at the bedside in an evidence-based manner. The 5 Minute Sono section is fantastic, highlighting the key points for each particular POCUS scan.
The POCUS Atlas provides a collection of ultrasound images demonstrating positive findings, as well as an Evidence Atlas that summarizes the performance characteristics for the various applications of POCUS. The Evidence Atlas is particularly useful, as it highlights the strengths and weaknesses of bedside ultrasound in different clinical situations, which is essential knowledge to ensure the safe and appropriate integration of POCUS into clinical practice.
