We are now on the final countdown to exams, with the first full written GCSE paper now a fortnight away. Spanish speaking exams which account for 25% of the Spanish grade will all be completed by the end of this week. Most Year 11 are now in a routine of completing 2-3 hours revision at home for every subject each week.
Ask them questions to help them learn. Here are some knowledge questions for the English exams - just don't ask them all at the same time.

Questions to ask your Year 11 over half term
✅Do they do two hours of revision for every exam each week?
✅Do they have a dedicated space they can work in?
✅Do they have access to flash cards and anything else to help them with their retrieval practice
✅Do they get 8 hours sleep
✅Do they eating/drinking appropriately
✅Do they get enough exercise and other down time
✅Do they work without the distractions of their phone
