House Captains
At Charles Warren Academy the children and staff are placed into one of four teams.
The four teams are named after the four big lakes in Milton Keynes to recognise Milton Keynes turning 50 in 2017.
The teams are called:
Tongwell
Furzton
Caldecotte
Willen
Each term the team with the highest points total enjoys a 'surprise' reward.
Each house has two captains from Year 6.
Children are invited to make an application to be a House Captain and are then voted for by their peers.
House Captains need to be a good role model for their peers and be a member of the school who other pupils feel they respect, trust and talk to.
