AET Celebrates Students’ GCSE Achievements

AET is celebrating our Year 11 students’ achievements in their GCSEs this week.

Right across our secondary schools, we’ve seen some exceptional performance, including:

  • Ellie Flaherty (Bexleyheath Academy) achieved seven Grade 9 and two Distinction* grades. She is looking forward to studying A-Levels at Bexleyheath Academy Sixth Form.

  • Ruby Hendy (Ryde Academy) achieved nine grade 9s and a grade 7

  • Katy Brown (Greensward Academy) received Grade 9 in six subjects and Grade 8 in three. Katy intends to continue onto the Sixth Form at Greensward, studying Economics, English Literature and Sociology.

  • Alliyah Tomlinson (Firth Park Academy) received seven Grade 9s (English Language, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, History), Distinction* (Health & Social Care) and Grade 8 in English Literature. Alliyah will be studying Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics for her A Levels.

  • Neharika Limbu (Kingsley Academy) achieved 10 Grade 9s including in Maths and English, who will continue into Kingsley Sixth Form to study Maths, Chemistry and Economics

Despite the challenges of the past 16 months, students and staff have worked so incredibly hard and they should feel very proud of what they have accomplished.
