David Hall, Chair of Trustees, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Adam and Diana to the Board. They bring a wealth of experience in special educational needs and school leadership respectively and will be invaluable additions to our leadership.

“At AET we have seen continued improvement throughout the Trust over the past three years, and strong leadership at Board level is integral to this. We now have a Board of Trustees who can truly help, support, challenge and provide real leadership for AET as the organisation goes from strength to strength over the coming years.”

Professor Adam Boddison said:

“It is an honour and a privilege to be asked to join the board of one of the largest Trusts in England. I care profoundly about meaningful inclusion and effective governance, so this board role provides an excellent opportunity to ensure the Trust’s vision of ‘remarkable lives’ has an impact for each and every one of the 32,000+ children attending AET schools. A high quality, inclusive AET curriculum will benefit all learners and prepare them well for the future.”

Diana Osagie said:

“It is an honour to serve the education sector by joining the talented and committed colleagues at AET. School leaders are at the heart of this nation and I am looking forward to serving as a trustee and supporting the innovations of this great organisation.”
