Leadership Team

Ele Lewis is the Director of Strategy for Academies Enterprise Trust.

Before joining AET, Ele spent 15 years at management consulting at Bain & Company where she worked with clients in the private and non profit sectors on strategy, performance improvement and large scale transformations.

In addition, Ele has worked for several charities focused on young people and serves as a Governor for Brandlehow Primary School. She is also a Trustee of The Little Angel Theatre, a charity dedicated to the promotion of educational plays for children.

Prior to Bain, Ele spent 3 years at Deloitte, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She has a MA in Mathematics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.
