Product Backlog
What is the product backlog?
The product backlog is a prioritized to-do list. Items off the backlog are pulled into a sprint backlog. A sprint is a set amount of time ranging 1-4 weeks in length to get a planned amount of work done from the product backlog. Once the sprint is complete, more items are pulled from the backlog for the next sprint.
Physical Backlogs
We love physical product backlogs and we can visualize the work to be done in a Scrum Board. A scrum board, also known as a kanban board, is a simple organizational tool include work that needs to be done, work that is being worked on, and work that is done.
