Clinical hypnosis is best tool as it enables the conscious mind to influence your subconscious and vice-versa. When you mind begins to feel the 'fight or flight' signals of fear of phobia, we teach the mind to re-purpose the reflex and train the mind to be calm.
Hypnosis will not remove the fear completely, but we learn to manage the mind to deal with the anxious situation (please refer to Anxiety to be able to gain the full understanding of this). Situations that have caused a lifetime of anxiety can be resolved so that they no longer impinge on your daily life.
It can reduce the impact of a trigger event from a full blown panic attack to a much milder feeling of caution. Easier to deal with and not a debilitating event in your day to day life.
