Alginate mold
Pour gypsum (cement in this pic) and remove alginate.
Adding detail with sculpey clay
Baking at 275 degrees for 30 min
Baked and ready for Worbla thermoplastic material
Use the heat gun to soften the Worbla and shape with fingers.

Draw on cutting lines
Black base coat
Layers of paint done.
Line the inside with fabric for comfort
Ready for the stage.
