FUN FACTS:

I was born in Sucre, Bolivia but I moved to La Paz, Bolivia when I was only a year old. I come from a long line of teachers. My great-granfather was a renowned Math teacher who wrote a book about different methods to teach Math at the beginning of the 1900's, and two of my grandparents were Music teachers.

Even though I started my career as an educator later in life, I feel a deep passion for teaching and an even deeper one for my students' success in life. I believe that, as teachers, we have the opportunity to make a difference in the future of our society and our world, since we have in our hands the most valuable asset society has: the shaping of the minds that will make decisions for a better world later on. I also believe that we need to look after not only the academic learning of children, but also make sure they grow up confident, happy and fulfilled, since success in life is related to both aspects.
