Professional/Qualifications & Experience:

It is with great appreciation that I join ACS Calvert! I have had the privilege of holding teaching and/or leadership positions in the USA, the UAE, China, Japan, Singapore, and Bangladesh, always hoping to live and work in South America at some point along this journey. I hold a BA and MA in History and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. I began my calling as a bilingual elementary teacher, and through open-mindedness and flexibility, have also had the rewarding experience of teaching in middle and high school.

FUN FACTS:

I enjoy learning, traveling, performing arts (as a listener and spectator!), valuing “la sobremesa,” and playing games with friends and family, my favorite being poker. I am accompanied by my husband, Neil, and our daughter, Jazz, of whom we are very proud as she joins ACS as a senior for the 2023-2024 school year.
