iPSC

Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) are reprogrammed back from post-mitotic fibroblasts into an embryonic-like pluripotent state that enables the development of an unlimited source of any type of human cell. Using a Sendai virus, we can convert post-mitotic fibroblasts in iPSC by episomal cell reprogramming. To generate iPSC we deliver the “Yamanaka factors” using the policistronic constructs Klf4–Oct3/4–Sox2, cMyc y Klf4. [Price inquire]
