Neurons

We can generate iPSC-derived neurons with cortical or dopaminergic phenotype. Efficency of the dopaminergic neurons is about 15%, the rest of the cells are positive for DCX, MAP and NFL and TH negative. [Price inquire]

Astrocytes

iPSC-derived astrocytes are positive for GFAP, CD49f, Acquaporin4 and EAAT2. The purity is 98% calculated after citofluorimetry assay for GFAP. [Price inquire]

Microglia [Info]

Human microglia is generated from hematopoietic progenitor cells, generated in serum- and feeder-free conditions. The protocol is a three steps protocol generating mature microglia expressing Iba1, PU.1, P2Y12 (red in the picture) and CD11b (green in the picture). Human microglia is functionally active for phagocitosis assays.
