Enter on the Maple Street side. Check in with security on the first floor, provide ID. Attain visitor's pass.
CHMS is located on the top floor. Please check in at the Main Office, which is located directly at the top of the stairs. You must check in at the MAIN OFFICE before moving to any other location in the building!
