Part 1
Today, we are going to read “Make the Switch”, pages 642-644 in the anthology. Pay close attention to the arrows describing the persuasive techniques the author uses to influence the reader in the two posters.
Part 2
Throughout the year you may have discussed multiple meaning words and using context to choose the appropriate definition for the word. Watch the YouTube video about multiple meaning words, and notice what happens if you use the incorrect meaning.
