Minutes of Westpark School PTA Parent Voice EGM 26.06.2026

Present:  Parents  Beattie, Lawrence, Lennox, Murphy, Martin, Neilson and Kelly.

Office holders nominated, seconded and confirmed by unanimous vote.

Ashleigh shared financial update: Current balance is about £4000 from fairs and colour run.  This year the Parent Voice has funded buses for the pantomime, fidget toys for all classes and some books

Alice shared calendar of events for next year.  Instead of seasonal discos we plan alternative family events such as Hallowe’en Drive, Bingo etc.   This will ensure sufficient adult supervision.
