Westpark School Relationships Policy

Context: This relationship policy has been developed with school staff following training about trauma-informed practice, using the Connected and Compassionate Communities resources.

Aim: To strengthen an already nurturing ethos, to support the wellbeing of all children and staff.

The policy should infrom all staff about expectations of their behaviour at Westpark and provide guidance about how we will interact with pupils at all times, especiallly when they are dysregulated.
