Reading Record of Books Completed and Progression of Schemes

Please print the pages that are relevant and keep along with the assessment overview.  A record of all books completed should be kept for each group and passed on to the next teacher at transition.  This record is a general record to support understanding of what pupils have previously read and to note whether there has been breadth of reading.    Children will move from group to group throughout the year and this record will only be used as a rough indication not a definitive record.
