One hour engaging courses for parents, teachers and PSAs from Microsoft and Made by Dyslexia

Dyslexia Awareness: Part 1, in partnership with Made By DyslexiaMicrosoft and Made By Dyslexia have a shared mission to empower every person with dyslexia to reach their potential, and we have partnered to create tools to help make this happen. Empowering teachers, educators, and parents with knowledge is the first step to unlocking this potential, so we are working together to create free training which will be available globally on the Microsoft Educator Community. This course will provide essential insight into dyslexia, which we believe all educators and parents should have.

Dyslexia Awareness: Part 2, in partnership with Made By DyslexiaOur Dyslexia Awareness course is our essential course for ALL teachers and parents. Part 2 teaches you foundational approaches for literacy, maths, emotional impact, memory, organisation, concentration and technology.

One hour engaging courses for teachers and PSAs from Microsoft and Made by Dyslexia.

Dyslexia Teaching: Part 1, In partnership with Made By DyslexiaA new series of courses showcasing best practices for teaching and empowering students with dyslexia in EVERY classroom. Expert teachers from The Schenck School in Atlanta are joined by teachers from Morningside Elementary to explain WHAT we need to know. WHY it's needed, and HOW to do it. Microsoft and Made By Dyslexia have a shared mission to empower every person with dyslexia to reach their potential. These courses are cumulative in nature, so make sure that before you begin the Dyslexia Teaching learning path you have completed the Dyslexia Awareness learning path.

Dyslexia Teaching: Part 2, In partnership with Made By DyslexiaOur Dyslexia Teaching course allows you to deepen your understanding of dyslexia. Part 2 shows you next-level strategies and solutions for reading, spelling and writing.

Dyslexia Teaching: Part 3, In partnership with Made By DyslexiaOur Dyslexia Teaching course allows you to deepen your understanding of dyslexia. Part 3 gives you next-level strategies and solutions for memory, organisation & concentration, maths and technology.

Dyslexia Scotland Open University Free Modules

Click below for free online learning modules, which support GTC Scotland Professional Standards, Professional Update and Professional Recognition. The modules have been developed primarily for teachers, school management and GTCS registered local authority education officers.

Each year there is an opportunity to apply and take part in a GTCS accredited programme to gain professional recognition in dyslexia and inclusive practice.
