When a student requests to drop a course, it is best that it is done in advance of the start date, particularly in the case of Projects which are collaborative in nature.

If a student must drop a class after it begins, they forfeit the hours from that class or project and will need to make sure to schedule opportunities in other trimesters or in the Virtual Lab to complete the 90 hour requirement.
