Yanshuei means salty water.It was an important trading port built in Chin Dynasty. In other words, it is one of the oldest towns in Taiwan.

with lots of historical sites. Such as Octagonal building, Ciao Nan old street Hu- Bi temple, and Da Zhong temple.And of course, there are lots of delicious delicacies. Such as Yan-shway egg noodles, car-wheel cakes, pig-head rice and so on.
